First of all, establish and check anti-static basic projects such as ground wire, floor mat, table mat, environmental anti-static engineering, and then configure different anti-static devices according to different products. 1. Anti-static facilities in the SMT production line.

①The anti-static facilities of the SMT production line should have an independent ground wire and be separated from the lightning protection wire; the ground wire is reliable and the electrostatic leakage system is complete;
②The workshop maintains a constant temperature and humidity environment, and the general temperature is controlled at 25°C soil 2°C, and the humidity is 65%±5%RH; the entrance is equipped with ion wind, and is equipped with obvious anti-static warning signs. As a reminder, just because a device isn't marked doesn't necessarily mean it's insensitive to static electricity. When there is doubt about the ESD susceptibility of a component, it must be treated as an ESD sensitive device until its properties are determined.
③An electrostatic safe working area must be established on the SMT production line, and various control methods must be used to keep the electrostatic voltage that may be generated in the area below the safety threshold of the most sensitive components.
④Construct a complete electrostatic safety work area, including at least effective conductive table mats, special grounding wires, anti-static wrist straps, and floor mats to release static electricity on conductors (such as metal parts, conductive tapes, conductive containers, human bodies, etc.). At the same time, the static eliminator is used to neutralize the charge accumulated on the insulator, which cannot flow on the insulator and cannot be discharged through leakage grounding.
